What is the most popular grind angles for bowl gouges? IE 5/8" and 3/8"

55° is the most proliferate for bowl gouges. My standard in use is 1/2" and above, 55° w/ 2" offset from the wolverine sharpening rig. <1/2" 40° w/ 1.75" offset.
