DESCRIPTION:Every August, SWAT provides an opportunity for woodturners to get together in person to meet old friends and to make new ones. Attendees can expand their knowledge of woodturning by watching world class demonstrators and share experiences and ideas with fellow woodturners.\nThis year, there will be 8 rooms running demonstrations concurrently. They will start on Friday morning and run through noon on Sunday. We have 72 total demonstrations by 29 artists that are offered during this 2 1/2 day symposium. In addition to woodturning, there are “Activities for Spouses” that offer fun classes for the “plus 1” attending with the turner.\n
